Hello. Nice to meet you.

Are you having trouble adjusting to the curveballs life is throwing at you? Book a session and talk to me. I invite you to choose the best format for your own healing: in-person individual sessions, tele-health via video chat, walking sessions immersed in nature, relationship therapy with a loved one, art therapy, or any combination thereof.

I ask you to look at therapy not as another item on your to-do list, but instead as an hour of “me time” that allows you to breathe, prioritize, and go into the rest of your life feeling confident and assured.

About the Therapist

I believe in your capability to get better. I have been practicing Marriage and Family Therapy and Art Therapy since 2014, and have worked with children, adolescents, families, couples, groups, and adults. I also treat individuals who experience addiction, trauma, anxiety and depression, as well as those going through life transitions such as adjustment to illness, changes in schooling, divorce/remarriage and bereavement.

I am a Kentucky and Ohio Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with an MA in Art Therapy and MFT from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. I have a BA in Psychology from Alfred University in western New York. I have completed many additional trainings including Save The Children/American Red Cross's Child-Friendly Spaces for trauma treatment, Multidimensional Family Therapy training, and ASIST training for suicide prevention. I am strongly committed to constantly learning and seeking knowledge to help you and your loved ones.
