Use this time with a licensed clinician to help outline & work toward goals to improve your health. This may be a quick check-in or an add-on to an existing service time slot, and is available in person or virtually using TherapyNotes portal.
Cancellation Policy
If client cancels with less than 24 hours’ notice, client will be charged for the session. A better option would be to request switching to virtual.
